Home-cooked meal delivery services lacked a reliable digital platform for managing subscriptions, scheduling deliveries across time slots, and allowing meal customization — forcing operators to rely on manual WhatsApp orders.
Built with Flutter + Firebase for rapid prototyping and real-time order sync across customer and vendor apps.
Designed a flexible subscription model with daily/weekly plans, pause/resume, and per-meal customization stored in Firestore.
Used Bloc/Cubit for predictable state management across complex order flows (cart → checkout → scheduling → confirmation).
